Davis Enterprises v. Fairfield Publishing

Property owner sued business operators for environmental cleanup costs. Business operators than sued our clients for indemnity and contribution under common law and state statutes. After completing key discovery, we filed a successful motion for summary judgment and our client was dismissed from the case.
