A former patent litigator, Kymberleigh is adept at handling procedurally complex cases and challenging subject matter. She has successfully litigated a variety of IP and business disputes, including e.g.: trademark and copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation, false advertising, unfair competition, breach of contract, fiduciary duty, and/or warranty, fraudulent inducement, economic interference, defamation, real property, construction, manufacturing, foreclosure, and lien priority disputes.  Kymberleigh’s former and current clients include: Madonna, Stanley Burrell (aka M.C.
