After completing key discovery, we filed a successful motion for summary judgment and our client was dismissed from the case.

Our client was then sued for indemnity and contribution by certain defendants under common law and state and federal statutes. After completing key discovery and threatening a motion for summary judgment, our client was dismissed for a waiver of costs.

We represented a local shopping center owner seeking to terminate the lease of a lessee that assigned the lease without lessor consent. We prevailed on summary judgment and at a special motion by the lessee for relief from forfeiture. Our client was then awarded its fees and costs.

A buyer claimed that our broker client should have further investigated certain facts regarding the title of the property. After a series of motions in limine the first day of trial, the buyer dismissed our client in return for fee waiver and an agreement to use our expert witnesses, which was never exercised. The demand going into trial was over $335,000.
